Paul has more than 25 years of experience in international Human Resources including leading the Canadian Human Capital consulting practice for a major professional services firm. He consults on international Human Resource matters and improving the return on investment in people. He works with Boards and executive management on compensation, has implemented global reward systems and led multi-culture change initiatives, global asset management strategies for pension and savings plans, established captive insurance companies for managing employee benefits and global employment entities for effecting mobile talent programs.

Paul has worked with Japan Tobacco International (formerly RJR Nabisco) as Vice President, Human Resources, led the global reward practice at Alcan, globalizing HR practices following the merger with Pechiney and as interim HR lead at AngloGold Ashanti in South Africa. He also led the HR teams in the $8 billion acquisition of RJR International by Japan Tobacco in 55 countries and the $12m IPO of Novelis Inc., with the task of identifying $20m of savings from a global rationalization of HR activity.

He is a former member of the Conference Board of Canada's Council of Human Resources Executives, in addition to other Human Resource advisory roles and speaks regularly at conferences in North America and Europe, his articles on human resource issues are published internationally and he was formerly editor of a major reference work on international human resources.

He has lived in the UK, Canada (Quebec and Ontario) and Switzerland and worked for extended periods in many other parts of the world and is currently located in Toronto. He is an accountant by training.

Aline is a certified Myers-Briggs practitioner and a regular speaker and contributor to French and English publications and associations.

Aline has more than 30 years experience in Human Resources discipline and previously led the function for the Hudson’s Bay Company, Loblaw’s and Sears Canada. She is an avid blogger and authored The 10 Essential Steps to Former Executive Immigrants Getting Their Dream Job.

She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association and received the highest recognition of achievement at Dale Carnegie. She is the founder and President of Aline Ayoub HR Consulting

Deborah consults to both public and private sector organizations and brings 30 years of experience focused on strategic and business planning, organizational change and development, leadership development, employee engagement and HR strategies. In the public sector, she has provided policy advice at the Minister and Premier levels. 

She is a certified Hogan Assessor and a leading expert on the development and meaning of trust in institutions.  She presents at both public and academic conferences and is widely published in publications such as The Financial Post, The Huffington Post, and many blogs and online magazines. She has been interviewed and offered an expert opinion to media outlets including BNN, Toronto Star, mainstream radio as well as web radio and TV.  She has worked with a number of clients on womens issues and who desire more women customers. 

Deborah is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association and a recipient of the International Women of Alliance World of Difference Award.

Selin holds a Master of HR Management from Nottingham Business School and Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Operations Management from Nottingham University and has a Chartered Members recognition from CIPD (UK). She is located in Toronto.

Anna is a Certified Compensation Management professional (CMS) with fifteen years of international HR and compensation experience. She has a wide breadth of compensation experience having worked with a diverse group of global industry leaders in mining, manufacturing, professional services and telecommunications in Europe and Canada.

With a focus on compensation design, Anna has successfully consulted to many organizations to provide recommendations aligned with organizational HR philosophy and strategy. In working with clients, Anna arrives at workable solutions and is skilled at developing a wide range of compensation tools, including customized job evaluations models, market reference and annual merit compensation tools.

Anna is a member of World@Work and currently resides in Toronto, Ontario.
