PAUL W. PITTMAN

Paul has more than 25 years of experience in international Human Resources including leading the Canadian Human Capital consulting practice for a major professional services firm. He consults on international Human Resource matters and increasingly, strategies focused on improving the return on investment in people. He works with Boards and executive management on compensation strategies, has implemented global reward systems and led multi-culture change initiatives, global asset management strategies for pension and savings plans, established captive insurance companies for managing employee benefits and global employment entities for effecting mobile talent strategies.
Paul has worked with Japan Tobacco International (formerly RJR Nabisco) as Vice President, Human Resources and more recently led the global reward practice at Alcan, globalizing HR practices following the merger with Pechiney. He also led the HR teams in the $8 billion acquisition of RJR International by Japan Tobacco in 55 countries and the $12m IPO of Novelis Inc., with the task of identifying $20m of savings from a global rationalization of HR activity.
He is a former member of the Conference Board of Canada's Council of Human Resources Executives, in addition to other Human Resource advisory roles and speaks regularly at conferences in North America and Europe, his articles on human resource issues are published internationally and he was formerly editor of a major reference work on international human resources.
He has lived in the UK, Canada (Quebec and Ontario) and Switzerland and worked extensively in many other parts of the world and is currently located in Toronto. He is an accountant by training.
MONISHA RAHEMTULLA

Monisha is a Human Resources and Compensation Consultant with over 10 years of progressive compensation experience in industries such as retail, real estate, financial services logistics/transportation, business process outsourcing, mining/natural resources.
Monisha is a valued partner to her clients, drawing from a broad base of knowledge in compensation, policy and procedures and HR systems. She has successfully designed and conducted competitive compensation market reviews for large multi-national companies including survey development, market research, and job evaluation. In addition, she has extensive experience in total compensation design, process improvement, and program management.
An active member of the Human Resources Professional Association, Monisha takes a keen interest in developing future business leaders and HR professionals through local volunteer work where she provides career counseling to youth, new graduates, and new immigrants while also mentoring new HR professionals.
Monisha is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree through Wilfrid Laurier University specializing in Human Resources.
MARK LAW

Mark is a strategically-minded international global reward specialist with over 20 years' major company experience in IT, Telecoms and Financial Services.
Experience and strengths are: multi-country leading edge pay systems, incentive compensation, retirement schemes and benefit planning, HRIS implementation, international mobility management (expatriates) and human resource and policy integration project management arising out of mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, joint ventures, divestments and similar transactions. Mark is multi lingual and based in London, England.
STEVE WHITE

Steve focuses on helping clients address international human resource management issues and brings over 20 years' experience in compensation, employee benefits, global mobility and talent management.
Previously leading the international human resource consulting practice for a major professional services firm, he has also led the Canadian arm of an international compensation consulting firm, the sales and service unit of a major Canadian group insurance provider and provided consulting expertise to clients around the world.
He is a past Chair of the Canadian Employee Relocation Council and a regular speaker at conferences and contributor to human resource journals. He holds an undergraduate degree in International Relations and a Masters in Business Administration and is based in Toronto, Canada.
VICKY MARRACK

Vicky is a Project Management Consultant with The Human Well. She provides the planning, execution, and closing of any project a THW client might have and she also assists with detailed business strategy and development for future company growth. Prior to collaborating with The Human Well Vicky successfully launched three businesses in Australia and Canada; a global teaching network assisting educators' search for key teaching talent internationally, and a multi-national copywriting company.
Utilizing her in-depth knowledge of Australasia, she also assists Australian and Asian clients in researching changes and reconciling differences in human resource practice and policy. Besides research and analysis on compensation, benefits and allowances, Vicky also does project management and coordination for local projects.
Vicky has a B.Sc.H in Biomedical Science and Chemistry, and a B.Ed. She holds a Masters in Education and the PRINCE2 Project Management designation. In addition to her compensation and benefits work Vicky also manages major projects on behalf of clients wherever they are located, coordinating inputs from internal and external resources across accountability portfolios.
MEGAN WELLS

Megan has extensive experience in change management assisting organizations to reengineer or outsource activities for optimum effectiveness specialising in HR. Prior to joining The Human Well she honed her skills working with the strategic consulting groups at PwC and IBM working on both international and North American projects utilising technology and process improvements.
She enables clients to reach conclusions with effective and clear analysis of complex challenges. Her expertise is in the development of detailed scenarios involving multi-layered solutions presented simply to enable informed decision making.
Megan is widely traveled and specialises in international projects. She has a B.Sc.H in Biology and Psychology, is a designated Project Management Professional and has completed a global executive MBA with the Rotman School in Toronto.
ALYSHA DOMINICO

TEENA GOEL

Teena is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) with over 10 years of HR experience in Canada and India working for the General Insurance, Consumer Goods, and Not for Profit Sector. She is a well rounded HR professional and has contributed in areas of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organization Development, Compensation Management and Change Management.
Teena has a Bachelors degree in Mathematics and Post Graduation in Business Administration specialising in HR. She has a keen business acumen and endeavours at achieving Business Excellence through HR Solutions.
SEIMA KHAN

DAVID SOOCK

David Soock is an expert in helping organizations—particularly their people and their leaders—become more successful. He is an Organizational Development professional with over 25 years of experience in: finance; retail; manufacturing; insurance; logistics; industrial; high tech and professional services.
David held senior positions in HR and Organization Development while working with larger corporations like Canadian Tire, Dare Foods, and Grand & Toy. And, he led major projects like re-aligning processes to new business strategies, change management for enterprise software implementation, and transforming organization culture.
